Yes. Every Pokémon TCG product sold by Ditto TCG is guaranteed to be authentic. We do not sell counterfeit, resealed, weighed, searched, or tampered products.

Our booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, and other sealed products are inspected before shipment. If you ever receive an item that you believe is not authentic or has been tampered with, contact us immediately at support@dittotcg.net and we will investigate the issue.

In-stock orders normally ship within one to two business days. Some orders will take 2-3 weeks to ship out depending on product availability & demand.

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Every order is packed carefully to protect sealed products and collectible packaging during transit. Higher-value orders may also include shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation.

Preorder products display their estimated release or shipping date clearly on the product page. When an order contains both in-stock and preorder products, your order will ship separately.

A preorder reserves inventory from an upcoming Pokémon TCG release. The estimated release date will be displayed on the product page before you purchase.

We only list preorder quantities that we reasonably expect to receive from our suppliers. However, Pokémon product allocations and release dates can occasionally change. If an allocation affects your order, we will contact you promptly with your available options, including a refund.

We do not silently cancel orders or leave customers without an update.

If we made a mistake or your order was damaged during shipping, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution under our policy, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Please note that minor manufacturer imperfections in shrink wrap or exterior packaging may occur with sealed Pokémon products.
